Blonde white chocolate is unlike any white chocolate you’ve had before! We make our blonde chocolate by toasting milk powder to caramelise it. This gives the final chocolate bar a delicious caramel flavour with notes of toasted biscuits.
It’s not too sweet and full of flavours, even though it’s only made from 3 ingredients! This chocolate is perfect for all ages, something sweet for the young folk and something a bit more complex than a regular white chocolate for people with more life experience.
